  • Terrible store and worse management. I came in to figure out what was wrong with my ear phones. I had a warranty. I asked some questions and got nothing. 45 minutes later I was exchanging my earphones. I got treated like I was lucky to be getting helped. Everyone was argumentative. Talked to me about change of policies and other excuses. They were Very unprofessional not even a thank you when I purchased new earphones. If it wasnt for the warranty I would never shop thier again.
