rev:text	Wow what a huge Rip Off general admission $20 for adults $14 for kids 2 thru 14...... $14 for a 3 year old...and then it's $3 to see the sting rays per kid and even though we are 2 feet away from our 8 and 10 year Olds an adult has to go in with them so that's another $3 $6 for not even a 5 min camel ride per kid and $3 to ride the carasoule the place is run down ,dry,a fire hazard, rude employees the stench is Un real those poor animals they don't even look well I have to wonder how the animals are treated with the way paying guests are treated...I was irate so i went into guest services where a very rude young girl asked if she could help me... walking into guest services I see where the money they steal from you goes 5 brand new computers that I counted air conditioned clean building once she heard me complain she pretty much said there was nothing that she could do I told her I wanted to speak to the manager she went to get her but came back to tell me the manager will tell you the same I am telling you... i assumed the manager didnt want to deal with another irrate guest. I told her go get her I want to hear her tell me that as a manager.....out comes very rude "lacey" the manager or do she said she was i am curious what her salary is??? I told her I felt ripped off and what sad shape the zoo was in..she told me they were acredited and non profit...wow, something doesn't jive... as I walked away she said enjoy your afternoon at the zoo was she serious? had she just not heard I spent 4 hours being ripped off and what horrible condition I found the zoo to be in she sounded like a recording ...ignorant!!! Someone Needs To Check On Those Tired Poor Animals..oh yeah She Did Tell Me Animals Do Poop... No kidding!!! Maybe it gets cleaned up when they are being acredited as she so proudly told me....however the zoo is not being taken care of which I can only bet the animals are not either..... of course all the possitive comments are up for review but please read the negative ones that are not displayed unless you click on not recommended it's not worth the money they will steal from you so very sad to see not only are the animals miserable the employees seem to be as well... I gave one star.... really it's one star to many!!!!
