  • New project - replace flooring for first floor with wood looking tile. Patrick in flooring walked us thru the entire project. Even after three return visits to ask questions/clarifications he was very helpful and knowledgable of the product and process. This made spending our largest amount of $$$ at Lowes ever easier to swallow! Be aware there are specialist in each department - find them, ask for them, they are the trained and detailed folks you need on larger projects. Excellent customer service
