This is a review of the finance process. I traded in my 2015 1500 for a 2015 2500HD. My payment went up about $200 which I was ok with. I took the extended warranty which was an extra $24, with the guaranty that if I changed my mind I could come back in and cancel the warranty. After looking at the numbers with my wife we decided to cancel and save the $24. I came back in and met with Andy in finance and let him know that I changed my mind. After informing him he seemed bothered that I couldn't afford it. He told me "you can not afford to not have it." I told him that I already stretched my budget and that my last name is not Trump. He tried to give me a discount but still passed on the offer(again he seemed bothered). I have worked with MANY finance departments and he is by far the worst. I know they make their $$$ off of selling extended warranties so that's why he was bothered. I really don't care if he was lost money. He isn't paying my car note, I am and I know what I can afford. I won't be coming back.
