  • Hands down, Carmen was the best. Very helpful whenever I had questions, always addressed me as sir, and had some great recommendations for local authentic food, not to mention that she makes the best tamales I have ever eaten. Edwin was also very professional every time I interacted with him. Also, some great recommendations for authentic local food. The morning breakfast staff was very helpful and made sure that my morning started out with a warm and welcome smile. This stay has ranked right up there with my all time favorites and I will ABSOLUTELY choose this property the next time I am in the Phoenix area.
