  • Waited at least 20 minutes in the combined ticket / junk food line only to be told that the show was sold out. Why on earth is there no sign or person at the front to tell people this information!! Complete lack of customer service and respect toward customers. Does not matter how nice the seats are if this is the kind of service provided. Don't expect I will be coming back here.
