  • Rude and incompetent staff. The person at the counter kept on saying that this is not a UPS store, so maybe it does not deserve to have a UPS sign on it! I had a package redirected to this location, but the location refused to take it & refused to help me to figure out where I should be looking for my package. The employee suggested I call the 888 number and was in the rush to push me out of the door. Sorry for inconveniencing your day dear Sir!
