  • Save yourself the trouble and hire a licensed plumber! I am fairly confident with most DIY projects, but I about flooded my house when I attempted to replace a faucet without realizing the hot water valve was broke. The water shot out of the faucet and probably emptied 20 gallons of water on to my floor before I could direct the water toward the bathtub. I called Jennie plumber and they were out to the house in about 15 minutes, had the water shut off outside and helped me remedy the problem. The crazy thing was I had them out earlier in the day, but thought I could handle this project myself.
