| - Spa Mandalay is a 3.5 star experience, but since Yelp does not allow half stars I am going to round down for reasons I will address below. My husband had a 4 day conference at the Four Seasons in Vegas, and my sister-in-law wanted to do a spa day. I am 6 months pregnant, so I booked a prenatal massage (they will only allow 50 minutes), and a 50 minute facial. We arrived about 45 minutes early to enjoy the facilities for awhile before our appointments. I really love the cold, warm, and hot pools. However the quiet room was not very quiet (lots of people in and out), and outside of a scant fruit basket, bottled water, and some reddish juice they don't really offer many snacks or drinks. My massage was ok. It was not bad (I don't think I've ever had a bad massage), but for some reason it just wasn't very good. My facial, on the other hand, was very good. I love that they use Eminence products, and my esthetician was skilled. I do not mind the Vegas prices (over $400 for the two services with tips), however when spending that kind of money I expect a more complete experience no matter where I am. I am rounding the review down for this reason. I might give them another try if we are ever at this resort again, but I will likely spend my money at one of the many fantastic spas on the other end of the strip.
