  • I heard about UrbanX through my friend and co-worker. I had already visited this location about 2 weeks before making my first purchase. I have an older 1997 Honda Civic EX for which I wish to purchase new rims and most likely tires so I have been scouting around. What led to today's purchase can only be blamed on the snow and the curb outside my office. The curb jumped out, dented my my left rim and left me wobbly. Since, I'm not quite ready to purchase a full set of rims, the owner, Bob, sold me a factory rim to go with the other three. I spent no more than 18 minutes total to have this replaced and mounted. To boot, Kenny even checked the tire pressure and adjusted the pressure accordingly. Both Kenny and Bob are very friendly and Bob is a bit outspoken but always a good spirit. I cannot wait to purchase my new rims. Bob has a wide selection, fair pricing, and a vast knowledge of rims and tires for almost any car. Please tell him that James sent you as it is refreshing to find such great customer service with fair and honest pricing. And yes, as Arnold says, "I'll be back!"
