  • If you want to get work from someone, your first priority should be to make sure they listen to you. This guy was talking over every conversation I would start. I have a whole house to remodel and wanted to start with a small project to see his work. I could not even explain my concerns because he had to interject to tell me that I did not know what I was talking about. Then he is too lazy to come out and give a free estimate. He suggested I take pictures and tell him what I want and send it via email! Really, I love technology but that just sounds like he is either lazy or he will drive price up once he see's job in person.
