I was impressed with the food at Marigold Kitchen because the flavors and tastes contrasted and complimented well with one another. My brunch meal consisted of a salmon omelet, filled with salty salmon filet and cream cheese, that was perfectly paired with a small salad dressed in a balsamic vinaigrette and a side of sliced Russet potatoes. The only critique about my meal is that the creamy, melt-in-your-mouth cream cheese inside the omelet could've been distributed more evenly--it was a bit gross to bite suddenly into a thick dollop of sweetness when the egg and salmon was salty. It also seems to be constantly busy and crowded with people streaming through the doors.
