I wish had did a better job researching this company before booking a trip with them. The Nevada BBB gave them an F rating. http://www.bbb.org/southern-nevada/business-reviews/sightseeing-tours/grand-canyon-tours-in-las-vegas-nv-52209
To start off the $9 fuel surcharge should have been included in the price of the trip making the trip $88 per person instead of the advertised $79. Minus 1 star
Next the Hotel Pickup.
Either there was a miscommunication with the driver or the e-mail they sent us the bus did not stop at our hotel leaving several groups that end up having to take a $14 taxi over to their bus depot for registration. We saw their bus drive past our hotel. You can't miss their bus.
This is a common complaint that I read from this company.
Minus 3 stars. for not picking us up.
At the bus depot is where you sign in and pick up your color coded sticker with bus number and LIGHT snack. 1 generic danish and bottled water or coffee. Additional is $1 each.
The bus was clean with restrooms, power outlets and free wifi. Our first stop was a comfort stop at a McDonald's in Kingman Arizona and then to lunch at Grand Depot Cafe in Williams Arizona. An hour drive later we arrived at Grand Canyon South Rim Mather Point where we get 1 hour at our leisure. Next was Bright Angel Lodge for an hour. On the trip back final comfort stop was at Carls Jr. Throughout the bus ride the bus played movies that had a Las Vegas theme.
