My wife and I went to Lon's at The Hermosa during restaurant week and were both very pleased with our meals, the service, and overall ambiance. While there was a small glitch in the reservation time that was made with open-table and what the restaurant wrote down, they were able to seat us quickly and no delay was experienced.
My wife went with the Restaurant Week menu and the portions were all big enough to leave feeling full. I went with the 10 oz fillet and steamed vegetables and was very impressed with the quality of the meat.
We will definitely come back to Lon's at The Hermosa and will be recommending it to family and friends.
