  • I bought a home from Stepper Homes and I would never buy one again from this builder. Firstly, the workmanship is terrible and when you contact them to let you know the deficiencies they will deny and you basically have to sue them. I would consider another builder before you spend your money on this builder. My best recommendation is document EVERYTHING! Take pictures & get them to sign the documents and DO NOT LET them tell you that they will put it on file. They will not and then blame you that it was the homeowner's fault.
