I'm giving Samurai 5 stars mainly because of their honesty. Acura dealership told me I needed new breaks 2 years ago, I put it off because other shops told me breaks are fine. That was the end of going to Acura dealers, you can't fix culture of dishonesty in a car dealer.
Samurai tells me each time what needs replacing. They've told me couple times to wait to fix items I had wanted to replace. Limited staff sometimes may result in delays, but I rather have my car fixed right. Besides they thrown in free car wash when car was returned late. Nothing wrong with that. Be patient, as sometime language presents barrier, and misinterpreted as unfriendly. It's simply because he's not comfortable with his English. Let him communicate through his excellent mechanics skills.
In today's business world, honesty is hard to find. Good job Yoshi.
