  • My prius hybrid battery went out and I was quoted a price of $3000 to replace it. After talking with toyota (no help) and after talking with several mechanics I decided to ordered the battery online and I contacted sunny side Toyota to installed it for me. I was quoted a price of $350 to install the new battery. When I spoke wit Ed Stein he suggested that I bring my car in so he could verify that I really need a new battery....at NO cost to me. He concurred that I indeed needed anew battery. I ordered the battery and after installing it the car would not start! Ed took it upon himself to contact the supplier to discuss the problem and solution and verify that my warranty would stay intact when they fixed it. They had to take it all apart, fix it and put it back together all at no extra expense to me. Ed worked it out with the supplier. Ed took care of me like I was his family. Thank you Ed!
