  • I was at this location at 6:20 this morning since they open at 6:30 and found two lines with about 10 people each. Here comes this old couple and they ask me if I was the last one and my answer was yes. She stands BEHIND me and the old gentlemen goes to the other line... to make the LONG story short they end up 4 people before me. When is my turn to sign in I suggest to the Quest employee they need to put a sign on by the window so people know how to form lines and I express my frustration since I was had to rush to work afterwards. He didn't even make eye contact with me with I thought it was very disrespectful. Their staff has NO customer manners and are very unprofessional. Once I got inside the lady who did my test didn't even looked at me and asked me for my last name and dob. If you don't like dealing with people this is not the job for you... So it took me well over 1 hour for a 5 minute test. Very disappointed with their staff and that old couple that was obviously in a hurry to hit McDonalds!
