I have been a patient for 13 years and I will not be back. The staff and doctors are incredibly professional and helpful and I would continue my care here were it not for the appointment line. I call and call and call and cannot get an answer. I tried making an online request and specifically stated that they needed to EMAIL BACK and they called and left a message and when I called back I got their message and so on. I recently scheduled an appointment I had to reschedule. I tried calling for a week and finally got someone (who didn't play phone tag) today. The appointment is tomorrow and they want to charge me $30. Ok fine. I get transferred to accounting to pay $30 for the fact that the appointment line won't answer the phone and get left there. I eventually bounce back up to the receptionist who transfers me to appointments WHERE I GET VOICEMAIL. I will not return. Called my little local Harrisburg eye dr and got a human on the first ring who pleasantly scheduled my appointment. It should be noted that this is the third year in a row with this appointment line dance.
