  • Wow I don't even know where to start, walked in 10 minutes before close to buy my car and even though they were down to skeleton crew they were over the top helpful. I ended up buying a car that's not even a Volkswagen- they just had it from a trade in. 2 days into having the car a check engine light came on- without hesitation they took it in to fix it and gave me a loaner. 3 months later something major breaks so I take it to the manufacturer dealership (fiat)next thing I know I'm fighting with the warranty department for my car and Volkswagen is asking what they can do to help, after giving me another loaner while I'm having my car serviced at another dealership! Beyond beyond amazing, CJ, & Dusty in service were super helpful every single step of the way- for a car that they didn't even make!! Thank you for everything Volkswagen Peoria, I will recommend you to everyone in the market for a new car!! Special shout out to Troy the GM; words cannot express how thankful and appreciative I am for you and your entire staff!
