  • I got the pork chops here. I was a little thrown off when the waiter asked me how I wanted it prepared since pork should always be cooked fully. He said the quality of pork served at Emerils was that superb that it didn't have to be well done. I still went with a fully cooked piece because I did not want to get sick or get food poisoning. For dessert, their banana cream pie is the best.
