  • Based on the level of service, this place is top notch! Let me tell you why... Larry is the man!! But, you have to know the full story, in order to appreciate why. My wife and I have been shopping for some living room and theater room seating. We actually stopped in at the Scottsdale Fashion location the day before, to get some information on their products. We were pretty happy with the quality of the product, but we were put off by the service. The sales rep that was helping us wasn't very informative. She was helpful, but you could tell she needed some more experience with detailed questions. What pushed us out of the store... she wanted to see what we could get pre approved for, for their 0% financing. Two minutes later, I'm told we now have a line of credit with them! Not good!! You don't open up a line of credit without the customer specifically requesting it. Given our bad taste about the Scottsdale location, we decided to venture down to Chandler location. What a difference! Larry immediately introduced himself, as well as his history in the furniture business. He also explained why Lovesac is such a quality product and company. While Larry was putting our quotes together, I got to chat with another customer. She had their Sactional product for 7 years and was trying to resolve a situation with a free offer she recieved. Her feedback on how the staff was resolving the situation gave me confidence in how Lovesac takes care of their customers. At the end of the day, we made our purchase and we are excited for it to arrive. Thank you Larry for your great customer service!!
