  • I'm saddened that all their Canadian retail stores are closing after my first purchase Rockport last winter. Not everyone is helpful at this location, but I've had good experience with the current Store Manager Michael and a newer employee Ken whom recognized me from his old employer. Both went a bit out of the norm or tried hard to help me. I love their shoes because they're so comfortable and most shoes appear to be well made, and they have some stylish items so orthopedic doesn't have to look like they're for grandparents. I own three pairs of Rockport footwear.
