Horrendous "customer service." The manager refuses to communicate in writing via email (red flag), and simply writes back "call Bill" to any attempted written communication. The online payment system is always broken, so he insists on taking payment over the phone with your credit card (red flag!). Well, last week I was charged double my rent without authorization or warning. I called to get it fixed and was literally yelled at by the manager who blamed me and said "you never said you didn't want to pay two months!" What??? Awful customer service. This is exactly why I hate not paying online. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days for the money he took without my permission to go back to my account. I will be going to the BBB. Go to a reputable place that has integrity and a solid business structure.
