  • Almost exclusively terrible service. Their drivers are almost all rude and lack any sense of direction (even of the downtown core). Unacceptable when your job is to be know where you're going and give the PAYING CUSTOMERS a good customer experience. Latest scam I have been victim of is there $1 surcharge for paying by Debit card. In this day and age this is ridiculous. I even tipped the guy, but then the machine added the extra dollar on top of that. I am going to even stop hailing these rip-off merchants and stick to Uber or Hailo.
