  • We had an excellent experience while at the hospital, everyone was caring, kind, compassionate, thorough, and efficient. We stayed overnight in the observation unit and the nurses and staff were beyond excellent! Honestly, I would've given us a five star rating except that after we left the hospital it has not been a good experience. The lab was just downright rude. She cut me off 4 times during our call. She then instructed me call to get the doctor's name and fax number so she could send over the labs. When we called back with the information, she told me she needed that doctor's office to send her a fax. I felt like she could've told us that from the beginning and saved us 25 minutes of time, it was very clear from the start of the phone call that she was making things as difficult as they could be for us. I would've had that doctor fax her Initially, instead of adding two phone calls. Anyway like I said, she was downright rude, very unhelpful, and had a terribly snide attitude almost mocking I would say. To the rest of the staff, ER department, and observation unit you get a two thumbs up from us, excellent experience!
