  • I have been to a few different location Sprint stores & this particular location is by far the worst Sprint store I have ever encountered. This Sprint store is very very close to my house & so I come here to pay my bill. I have been with Sprint 4 years now & before I move out here to LV I was going to my California location & their customer service was excellent. After having to move to LV I had to find a new Sprint store, well this is the location that I found, less than a mile away from where I live. As you can see it is convenient for me to come here. I have been here many many times & THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. The workers here are not customer friendly, when you walk into the store you don't always get greeted it is when ever you catch them on a good day or not. A few months ago when the iphone 6 came out I came to this store to upgrade to the new iphone, when I walked in I over heard customers complaining of how long they had been waiting to get helped. I signed in to the waiting list & waited for about one hour & a half, then when it was my turn to speak to a Sprint customer representative he told me that I had to pay full price for the iphone 6 & that they were unable to buy my original phone for my upgrade. I have called Sprint customer line & they have told me other wise & have provided me with great prices & deals to upgrade to the iphone 6. Last month when I payed a visit to this store I came to pay my monthly cell phone bill both automated paying machines where "OUT OF SERVICE". Uuuuh, hello both machines not working, why?? anyhow I waited 2 hours to pay my phone bill. 2 hours to have a Sprint customer representative to assist me to pay my bill. During That visit I heard several customers complaining on how they have had the worst customer service & how they have to wait for a long period of time for the most minor visit. The employees here suck they don't care about the store or their customers & this I have seen over & over again. For my Sprint needs I rather drive to other locations where I can feel like a valued customer & receive good customer service. As for this Sprint store location I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!
