  • My 76 year old mother has been seeing Dr. Le and his PA Linda Tram for the past year. He is hands-down the best management practice in town. After seeing several others that were not patient with my mothers hearing loss, it was refreshing to come to a doctor that actually took TIME with my mother to speak loud and clear so that she understood. She's a feisty old broad at times but the staff here make her smile and never forget her (or my) name. They treat her with respect and dignity and truly listen. Appointments aren't scheduled every 5 minutes here as other doctors so we never feel like we are shuffled in and out. Dr. Le's assistant, Alberto is also amazing. He is super patient with our hundreds of questions, and if he does t have an immediate answer he will always get the information and call us promptly. The entire staff should be commended on their professionalism, kindness and genuine humanity. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for this remarkable team.
