They will try to get all sorts of personal information from you and tell you it's company policy and for underwriting purposes. All you need to give them is a driver's license showing that you're over 25 and a major credit card.
Protect your privacy and walk out if they ask for too much info. That's what I did.
I contacted corporate customer service when I got home and was told all I needed to provide was my driver's license and credit card. I called the location back and the manager wouldn't take my call.
I would never consider renting from this or any other Enterprise after my experience.
