Such a fun place to be when the Cavs are winning, but last night I went for the Lake Erie Monsters championship win and that was just as exciting. Super loud when in upper deck though, woof. Also, I was kinda expecting like confetti or something when the Monsters won, but that didn't happen.
Decent concession stands and beer options, not all were open for this game. High beer prices as usual. My favorite seats are always the front row of a section and close to aisle. Unfortunately we did not have those seats last night and opted to stand near entrance of different sections. Several times ushers asked us to leave, so we would just go somewhere else. I don't see why we had so much trouble standing on open floor space in the upper deck, against a wall!
I read some Google reviews about poor treatment of people with disability or other issues, but have to say I didn't experience that when I took my mom here for a Moondog Coronation concert a few years ago. She had to use a cane at that time and the staff there saw her as we entered and immediately got a wheelchair without me asking and escorted us via elevator down to our floor seats then waited for us when we were ready to leave at the end of concert - VIP treatment from my perspective.
