I'm not gonna lie.. I'm very disappointed. I got a full set Biogel for Christmas thinking of going fancy and paid $65 dollars. It looked great on the first two days then it started to peel on the side, by the third day four nails are broken (for no reason). I went back hoping they could repair it since it has only been three days. I showed them and he said that if I repair them I need to have a full set redone to ensure that it doesn't fall off at the cost of $45. As a student I was not ready to spend $110 dollars for my nails at the end of the day, so I told him politely that this is out of my budget so I'd just like him to remove it instead. He agrees and proceeds to file my nails. I sadly watched him file my $65 away, thinking "okay, I'll just learn my lesson".
He suggests different options of me paying to make my nails better, I continue to tell him politely that I am a student with a low budget, no thank you. At the end, after filing my nails and adding layers of 'nail strengthener' (which is just clear polish), he charged me $5 dollars without even telling me that I would have to pay for clear polish.
I would not recommend their service because they do not have price transparency, have low quality product that only lasts for three days, and does not offer after care.
(He did say that I should have got UV gel at the cost of 30 dollars because it's harder and my nails are too short for Biogel. I wish that the nail technician could have told me that when she did my nails at the beginning. I asked her what my best options are (as a beginner) and she told me Biogel because it's strong and chemical free. But it's is definitely not strong and I cannot comment on the chemicals)
