  • I came to thank Barbara Thiel for a timely request to send a letter of reference for a new rental, she got it to me same day. Thank you so much. Customer service is very appreciated. But I'm surprised the stars are so low. I felt like this place was great all around I lived here for 2 years and granted management changed when I left in 2014, but I loved it there. You guys have always treated me great. I even broke my lease once to move in with a guy, it went south real fast, and on the last day of my previous, you let me extend and didn't give me a hard time or add to the drama. It was so appreciated. I have some great memories from living here.
