  • STAY AWAY! Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. I had NO electrical power and they were going to send someone out in 4 days. 4 days without power? Fixed it myself, almost cancelled. Now I have a bathtub that won't keep the water in, guess what, not covered. BTW both times I was on hold for over 19 minutes. The rep I spoke with to cancel, was rude, condescending and argumentative. Now will try another company.
