Stayed there last night for a charity function and my wife and I are surprised how different the service was from the last time we stayed. It started at check in when Kai greeted us. She was rude, short and very unfriendly. It was like we were bothering her to be staying there. We had spa appointments and we checked in and were told we could walk up. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to greet me and provide a locker where I could change and the result was my massage started late. I was disappointed but let it go as they were just busy. When I received the bill today for the two massages that was when I changed my mind. When you spend $673 for massages I expect a better level of service!
The icing on the cake was when we called for a bell hop to help with luggage and after waiting 30 minutes was told they had forgotten. Overall very disappointed in one of Scottsdales must visit hotels. If you are visiting I would recommend the Scottsdale Princess!
