  • If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I came from out of town to try to find places that could help my family member. I asked to speak to someone who could detail the programs/services offered here and explain their approach towards mental illness. I was looking to increase my comfort level regarding the very difficult decision about involuntary commitment. I was told to call the Director of Admission using the phone near the front entrance. I called her and she was rude, abrupt and lacked any compassion. She refused to come out of her office and meet me and discuss the facility's programs/services....only directing me to their organizational website. I felt so disheartened about the situation I sat in my car and cried. If you have any other options, please don't even consider this place! Never felt such coldness and uncaring staff in my life.
