Poor communication and slow. This is the second time I used Thomas Cleaners. The first time I had a bridesmaid dress altered, it didn't come out correct the first time so they took it back and made it fit the way it should. I was on a time crunch and I was able to receive my dress by the appropriate time.
I dropped off four items over a month ago, called twice in the last week checking up on them and was told they have not even started my alterations. Twice the gentleman told me he would call me and never did. Communication with your customers are key when you are backed up. Though the woman was apologetic when I took my clothes back, I sadly will need to find another Tailor for alterations.
