  • Been going here for a couple of years and they were pretty good - i recommended it to my wife but she had to cancel a few hours before her appointment because we had just learned that we had to put our dog down. I understand that it's 'policy' to charge full price for cancellations without 12 hours notice but the lack of empathy or compassion was sort of startling given it's a smaller neighbourhood place. I may be wrong, but I think that most places requiring appointments would understand exceptions should be made in certain circumstances, and I may very well be asking too much for some leeway here, but I do know that it's turned us off from going there anymore.
