rev:text	This is the worst agency I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I've received numerous calls in regards to the same document that I had already sent to a rep, but the information was never inputted. I asked why my policy increased, was told it was due to my address change and 6 months later I receive a call that my address was not on file. Once updated, my policy was due to go up again and when questioned about the previous increase, this rep could not explain to me what was happening. Additionally, awhile back they told me if I changed offices to be closer to my house, my policy would increase. When I called a new office, they said that was not the case at all and they were able to explain to me why I was increased. Not only that, I was not informed that the rates were due to increase in the state of nevada back in April 17. This is a very important bit of information when you budget what will be pulled out of your account. I expressed this to Lydia Hernandez herself, and she had nothing to say nor do in regards to my dissatisfaction between the lack of communication with their customers. Don't get me wrong, these ladies seem so nice, but they are incompetent and lack communication and proper understanding of what goes on within the policies. Switched over to another agency off of Charleston - Ann Teeter. If I could go back in time and give my credit to their office for taking me in as a customer, I would. They offered me options to rewrite my quote since I've been with them for 2 years now, and offered many options to lower my bill, since I cannot do anything for the time being with my rates going up. Do not waste your time. Great company, but the incompetence is not worth the frustration.
