  • Man, I wish I would have read the reviews on this place BEFORE I wasted my time, but thank God I only wasted 30 minutes! So if you read my previous reviews, I purchased a vehicle in another state, that dealership sold a used car as new (only because it hadn't been titled out of the dealership name could it be sold as "new"). So anyway, this out of state dealership did NOT do a pre-inspection of the vehicle and the car I bought which was advertised as NEW actually has some defective options. Options like the vented/cooled seats do NOT work and the memory function for the driver/passenger seats do not work and who knows what else I will come across. Enter Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep and one Jason Valdez (Servcie Dept.). WHAT A JOKE THIS GUY IS ! I called there because it's the closest Jeep dealer to my office, to make an appointment since the vehicle is under warranty to have them look at the vehicle and fix the vented/cooled seats and the memory seats and whatever else is not working. I spoke to Jason at length on Monday about the issue, he was more concerned about telling me all about his Challenger that he modified that he has on Ebay for $100k than he was about getting my car fixed. So anyway, we talked at least 15 to 20 minutes and I made arrangements to drop the car off (a $50k 2016 Grand Cherokee Overland) at 7:00am today. I figured since I made the appointment, Jason would be there waiting for me, ready with the paperwork, I would just drive up, say hello, introduce my self, put name with face, and go. NOPE!!! I get there, first it's like a zoo at the service dept. guys walking around aimlessly seemingly looking for something to do or waiting for the next car to go in, I don't know, but it was a zoo AND this Jason dude was no where to be found. After standing outside my car, in heels and dressed for work, I finally asked someone where I can find Jason. Imagine my surprise when he was right there, in his office, RIGHT ACROSS FROM WHERE I WAS STANDING, the whole time. So I go in, I say who I am, immediately he says "Spell your last name" and I am puzzled, because .. ya know, um... I HAD AN APPOINTMENT and gave him ALL this information on MONDAY. So I spell it, then he says "Best number to reach you at?" and now I'm getting mad right, because now I feel like I am just another number, like this dude remembers absolutely ZERO about the conversation we had, he did not take notes? He SHOULD have had a ticket already made up, with my name, phone number and WHAT my car was coming in for... but instead he just kept asking me "What are we looking at today" and I was so pissed I said "Nothing!" I said "I can't believe you don't have a ticket already made up, you should have been expecting me, I made an appointment! I should NOT have to tell you what my car is doing here." So needless to say, if you like being treated like a number, then go here, if not, find another dealership where the Service Department won't degrade you and make you feel like a freakin' number...THE WORST PLACE EVER!
