  • If I could give more than 5 stars I would because Bri (Brianna) and the team at Rouge Hair & Makeup are fantastic! I live in California, but Vegas is like a 2nd house to me. When my mom and I wanted to get our hair and makeup done for a concert in 2014, Rouge Hair & Makeup had such great reviews on Yelp!, we decided to tried them out. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Since then, I always call up Bri when whenever I wanted hair and makeup done while in Vegas, including my 10th wedding renewal in 2015 and numerous girls trips over the past few years. She is wonderful to work with and the best part is she does it all from the comfort of your hotel... allowing you (and the rest of your party) more time to get ready for whatever you have planned in Vegas.
