  • This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it was yet another enjoyable experience. All the staff are incredibly friendly and go out of your way to make the stay a great one. Pros: - Clean - Comfy king bed with 4 big pillows - I was able to check in early (7am my room was ready!) - Nail file, cotton pads, q-tips, shower cap, etc in bathroom. After breaking a nail while I was there, the nail file was incredibly useful! - The room service came in 20 minutes and the pizza was hot and tasty. Room service is 3.50 plus tax and a 15 percent surcharge is added. Cons: - no robe...Fairmont had a cozy robe which is a nice plus after a long day! - no outlets near bed. Not great for charging your smart phone. - wifi costs extra (free for rbc employees and rewards members). - I wasn't able to get into the mini bar fridge which i wanted to store my water and fruit in. If it is winter and you want to use the underground path, note that you do need to walk across the street to simcoe place. All in all a pleasant stay!
