  • I really liked both Chris and Jillian, who did a great job cutting my hair. At first, I was concerned with Jillian's cut -- it was so short. But she was right -- and it's been awhile since I've had so many compliments on a cut. I trust both of them, and they really understand short hair. My one caveat--please fix your online booking system. I used it successfully once, but the second time, it didn't work. This was disappointing, and would like to know that I will get my preferred stylist next time (although, now I have two preferred hairdressers). I tried to contact them via email, but their address isn't working. So, I'm very happy with the hairdressers I've been getting, but quite disappointed with an inefficient booking system.
