12 weeks ago I dropped off a warranty part for my 3 week old Electrolux vacuum. I was told at the time it would be 3 to 4 weeks. At 6 weeks I called again and was told that takes 3 to 4 weeks. At 8 weeks I was told there's nothing they can do about it I asked if they could call and get a status it was too much for them to do. At 10 weeks I got another Gentleman on the line a much more pleasant and helpful person, he told me that Electrolux have been waiting for the serial number on my vacuum. Nobody called me to get this information and I was not told this when I called in. At 11 weeks I called again I spoke with a older gentleman and was told he would check on it and call me back. I'm still waiting. Called the store today and was told there's nothing they can do about it and it would be here when it gets here and that he would call me back. I'm not waiting. Please do not use this place for your vacuum services.
