  • This is probably the more reasonably priced food truck I've encountered thus far. Big bowl of Pho is $7. Chicken or beef with rice noodles, veggies and spring rolls is $8. I went for the latter. It was fresh, the chicken was good (the sauce on the chicken was yummy) and the noodles were piping hot. A problem I had is that the chicken was the only thing with sauce on it. That forced me to add a bit of soy and plum sauce (always a tasty albeit unhealthy mix). Following the addition, it was very good. I may have to learn Vietnamese so I can woo and marry a nice Vietnamese girl that can cook like that. Or maybe I'll just go back to the Bus another time.
