Ok so I'm updating my review because I went back with my friend today. The noodle bar there's no changes to. It's the same, it's like any fast food ish atmosphere really. High volume low quality but you come for the momofuku brand. But wow, the MILK bar had really bad service. The girl working the station must have had a really bad day because not only did she not ring up our items properly (it took three tries) but also she got my order wrong. It wasn't busy at this time but for some reason while we were there first she let someone else go first (again didn't say anything bc it was one person ahead and there was no line). I'm sorry but the milk bar here is not like New York or DC you just get two soft serve options and to choose the packaged items for check out.
My issue with the toronto location momofuku is really that they should close it down. It's a sham to the other locations where there's at least minimal service standards and a proper menu. Although the menu selection is probably not anyone at the stores fault they shouldn't be overworking and underpaying their staff so much that they're basically the same competence as a McDonald's employee.
Please don't judge the whole brand based on this location.
