  • First of all, I have to say that both Kory and Nancy with Rentals America are really good people. Kory was our initial contact in our attempt to rent a house, and he prepared all of the paperwork and got us website access. We ended up renting a house through them, and when Nancy met us at the property she addressed all of our concerns (which were few) quickly and competently. She has been easy to get a hold of, and has been very responsive to us throughout the whole process, from meeting for inspection and getting the keys, to making sure that the house is move in ready for us and that we were happy when we actually moved into the property a few days later. Small things that I noticed, but did not complain about, were rectified without me even having to say anything, such as light bulbs being out. I just figured I would take care of them myself, but I didn't even have to because Nancy made sure that everything was ready for us on her own. I would not hesitate to do business with Rentals America again, and if I am ever in a position to rent my own house out in the future, I would feel good knowing that I had someone like Nancy and Rentals America watching over my property. I highly recommend this great team at Rentals America. As we searched for a rental arrangement, we had many bad experiences with various other rental agencies, whether it was due poor communication, untimely response times, or a flat out lack of knowledge about the properties; we did not experience any of that with Rentals America thanks to the help of Kory and Nancy.
