  • After 15 years as a preferred member they neglect to tell us in Salt Lake they'll be charging us .35 per mile and upon our return in Phoenix (1000 vacation miles later! ) throw their hands up and say we'll have to take it up with salt lake. No, we can't use their phone but they can be super helpful and send an e-mail for us.
