  • This place has really gone downhill. I remember as a kid this was the place to go. For the time it was modern, trendy and a nice experience. Over the years other locations popped up and it did not keep up to date. I would say the outer plaza is what people go to now. I did work at both the Higbee's and Kaufmans stores and it was very busy then.
