 | 	- We had a number of items that needed to be done on our 2014 Odyssey which included two recall items, a sticker change (technically a recall as well), the 50k transmission oil change (not a flush) and we were experiencing a "whining" type noise when exceeding 50km per hour.  
It was our first time dealing with Mississuaga Honda and my first point of contact was with Janet (not sure her position) when I called to book the appointment. Janet was very friendly, polite and professional when coordinating the appointment. Before booking the time, Janet verified that all the parts where in stock and ordered those that were not. Janet also arranged for me to obtain a free rental replacement once the diagnostics were completed for the whining noise and it was determined that the car would have to be in the shop overnight until the parts could be obtained. Janet was very pleasant to talk to on each call during this service activity.
My second point of contact was with Philippe (assistant Service Manager / Service Advisor). Philippe processed the service order and assigned the appropriate service technician. Before doing so he verified the work order items and had a technician join me for a quick test drive in an attempt to identify the source of the whining noise. Philippe was respectful and professional throughout his interaction with me. 
The third point of contact was with Said (pronounced "Syed" - Service Technician). Said joined me for a test drive to identify the source of the whining noise and we discussed all the things that I had already investigated (Brake pads, calibers, Transmission oil levels, Barring, etc, etc, etc). Our dialog was interactive and respectful and I was left with a positive impression that Said would be able to identify and correct the issue...he did! Best of all, it was a warrantee item that would be repaired at no cost to me! 
The last point of contact was with the car rental company located within the  Mississuaga Honda dealership (sorry, don't recall the individuals name).  Again, very polite individual who processed the rental quickly and clearly explained the process as the paperwork was being completed. I was given a 2017 Honda Civic and what I appreciated was that he checked with me to ensure that I was okay with the car - Yes, he would have provided me with one of the other 8 cars if I was not. As it turned out, I didn't drive very far that day and was told not to bother replacing the gas I had used (I was going too - really!).
All in all, as you can see from this review, very satisfied with Mississuaga Honda and the work they did on the car.  I will certainly be taking our two Honda vehicles to them for servicing again in the future.
