  • I discovered Suarez Bakery a couple weeks ago while on a search for some good doughnuts, as I'm from the west coast and dunkin and Krispy Kreme just aren't up to the standard. The first visit I got the big Texas glazed doughnut and some other smaller ones. I got them home and the Texas one was still a bit doughy in the middle, and it hadn't been cooked all the way through. Everything else had been good so I sent my boyfriend back this morning hoping to give the Texas doughnut another try. But again it was undercooked and doughy. I will go back because the other doughnuts are great, but will just refrain from getting the Texas doughnut unless they can somehow figure out how to get it cooked all the way through.
